Socialism Is The Virus; The Constitution Is The Cure

WHEREAS the Arizona Constitution Article 2 Section 5 states: “The right of petition, and of the people peaceably to assemble for the common good, shall never be abridged;”

The U.S. CONSTITUTION 1st Amendment, states:” Congress shall make no law. . .prohibiting. . . the right of the people peaceably to assemble. . . “

The Declaration of Independence states: … “We hold these truths to be self-evident. . . endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it. . .”

ARS TITLE 26 Section 3.
A. The Constitution of the United States is the supreme law of the land to which all government, state and federal, is subject.
B. To protect the people's freedom and to preserve the checks and balances of the United States Constitution. . . ;

ARS 26-303 (E) During a state of emergency: “Has to do with the use of state resources.”
1. The governor shall have complete authority over all agencies of the state government and the right to exercise, within the area designated, all police power vested in the state by the constitution and laws of this state in order to effectuate the purposes of this chapter.
2. The governor may direct all agencies of the state government to utilize and employ state personnel, equipment and facilities for the performance of any and all activities designed to prevent or alleviate actual and threatened damage due to the emergency. The governor may direct such agencies to provide supplemental services and equipment to political subdivisions to restore any services in order to provide for the health and safety of the citizens of the affected area.

Our government is bound by the chains of the Constitution which protects our individual inalienable rights;

As Americans we are blessed with a divinely inspired Constitution to prevent governments from doing the very thing that is going on in the name of “health and safety;”

In many ways we are living in what amounts to a “police state” with draconian laws depriving citizens of elementary civil rights. Federal, state, county and city governments are now restricting many of our God-given freedoms. Law enforcement throughout America have agreed to enforce edicts with what can only be described as a frightening abuse of power. Police are giving out summonses, arresting families going to parks, playing baseball with their children, or jogging without a mask;

Governor Doug Ducey has no Constitutional authority to dictate/order a private citizen to stay home. He has no authority to tell private hospitals they can't perform certain procedures. He has no authority to tell citizens to not go to work. He cannot void a legal contract by telling a landlord to not evict someone. Arizonans have been banned from going to work (and thereby earning a living), meeting in groups (both indoors and outdoors), meeting in their cars in church parking lots to pray and entering state-owned properties such as beaches and parks — among many other prohibitions. Those are abuses and a disregard of the Constitution and the God-given rights of We the People. None of that is appropriate or legal;
It could never have been imagined that in America, getting together with friends and family, a peaceful assembly, or having dinner at a friend’s house would be civil disobedience and even a criminal act.

If you love liberty, you must recognize that it is jeopardized more than at any time since America’s founding.

The Governor along with many of our Mayors and law enforcement officials are in direct violation of their Oath of Office.

Governor Doug Ducey is violating his Oath of Office and overstepping his authority by the actions he has taken regarding his improper Executive Orders restricting citizens of Arizona and acting in his capacity as Governor of the State Arizona using powers not granted to him by the U. S. Constitution, nor the Arizona Constitution or Arizona Statutes.

Freedom isn’t Free. It was paid for and continues to be paid for by the blood of great patriots. Lives have been lost from the very beginning for freedom, to establish this Republic: Revolutionary War, War of 1812, World War I, World 2, Korean War, Vietnam, including our law enforcement just to name some. I pray that we will not allow those wonderful freedom loving patriots to have died in vain.
