Ken Cuccinelli IISays: Donald Trump is right about Paul Ryan

Donald Trump blasted Paul Ryan this week. Trump blasted Ryan for failing to fight for conservative reforms.
"Paul Ryan should spend more time on balancing the budget, jobs and illegal immigration and not waste his time on fighting Republican nominee," Trump said.

We don't agree with Donald Trump on everything, but he is right about this and we applaud him for standing up to the GOP establishment.

Since becoming Speaker, Paul Ryan has been unwilling to stand up to President Obama to cut spending, secure our borders, and stop Obamacare, which is crushing American families and destroying jobs.

And Donald Trump isn't the only candidate Speaker Ryan has worked against. Ryan and his allies worked to defeat Tim Huelskamp (R-KS), Mike Crane (R-GA), and Mary Thomas (R-FL).

Fight the Establishment. Push Conservatives on to Victory!

Ryan told GOP lawmakers this week that he plans to spend his energy supporting down-ballot candidates to make sure Hillary Clinton does not get a "blank check" with a Democrat-controlled Congress.

Now that is pretty rich considering that he and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) have given President Obama everything he has ever wanted despite Republicans controlling both the House and Senate.

Conservatives know that Speaker Ryan and Leader McConnell will give Hillary Clinton a blank check if she is president, even if Republicans maintain control of the House and Senate. Should Clinton win, the only way to stop her is with a firewall of true conservatives in Congress.

The current GOP leadership has a long record of capitulation to President Obama and the Democrats, so it depends on us to send bold conservative leaders to Washington.

That's what we're working to do. We need more backbone in Congress – either to advance conservative priorities under a President Trump or to stop a President Clinton from enacting liberal policies.

Please make a contribution to help us push conservatives on to victory and hold the DC establishment accountable.

The election is now just 27 days away so there is no time to waste.

Together, we can change Washington by changing the people we send there. We can send the DC establishment a message that we, the people, control this country and we're not going down without a fight.
