To me it sounds like Aaron jumped the gun and assumed he was hired but he should have proof of compensation if he was hired, Listen to audio one and form your own opinion.

Borders, who is the second vice chairman of the Republican Party of Maricopa
County, Arizona, should have known better than to post anything that could have been
deemed racist (Facebook postings) that it would reflect on the Maricopa Republican Party.
1. Sent
out information that he was AZ State Director for Trump when he had not
actually been hired according to audio one in my opinion. . Misleading AZ Republicans
2. The
most egregious thing he did was to record conversations without the other persons permission. Opening himself up for a lawsuit. Creating a mistrust issue and possible
lost opportunities to be hired by other campaigns.
3. The directive was clear from CL provide the
campaign with a plan and for AB to educate himself on the primary rules in
Arizona and then to come up with a plan for victory, so that he could hire him
to run the Trump campaign in the state.
4. He
did as was requested if it was without any compensation it is definitely is not a

to learn a new word for the F word isn’t normally used in job interviews or firing
a person. Very unprofessional, and a negative reflection on Trump.

management style to ask a person to educate himself on the primary rules in

2. You
don’t say to a person “I don’t know what the fuckin’ rule is, dude,” “You help
on that. Then we say, ‘Hey dude, you’re the guy, you know what to do, let’s
start moving forward on it,’ right?”
