The Senate will convene at 10:00am.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of H.R.1735,
the NDAA bill, with the time until 11:30am equally divided in the usual
form.

At 11:30am the Senate will proceed to vote in relation to the
Feinstein-McCain amendment #1889, in relation to H.R.1735, the NDAA bill.

Please note, the filing deadline for all second degree amendments to
H.R.1735, the NDAA bill, and to the McCain substitute amendment #1463 will be at
12:15pm today.

The Senate will recess from 12:30pm until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly
conference meetings.

At 2:15pm the Senate will proceed to vote in relation to the following
amendments in relation to H.R.1735, the NDAA bill.
- Ernst #1549 (subject to 60 vote affirmative threshold)

Gillibrand #1578 (subject to 60 vote affirmative threshold)
