CAN GEORGE W. BUSH'S FOUR WORDS BE CONSIDERED AN ENDORSEMENT FOR MITT ROMNEY?

George W. Bush finally weighed on the presidential race - with four short words."I'm for Mitt Romney," the former president said Tuesday in Washington as the doors of his elevator shut, perhaps his only public statement on the race before the Nov. 6 election.

He was Washington to give a speech on human rights a block from his old home — the White House.  He also gives speeches for charitable causes.
George W. Bush spends most of his time in Texas raising money for his Presidential Library at S.M.U., he hasn't shown any signs of wanting to be a major player on the political scene since going home to Texas.
Will former President George W. Bush be present at the national convention in Tampa, Fla this August? Only time will tell and History doesn't offer much precedent for handling former presidents at party conventions, either. Source
