ATF'S PROJECT GUNRUNNER
A Sting project out of control..Guns to Mexican Drug Cartels.
Using YOUR Tax Dollars.
Gunrunner was a pilot program set up in 2005 as project under ATF..The intention of the sting program was to stop trafficking of guns into Mexico along the southern border. By close surveillance of undercover gun purchases and coordinated intervention with Mexico. The deadly result: federally sanctioned gunwalking of high-powered weapons from U.S. officials right into the hands of drug cartel killers. Who ever thought up this plan had to have an IQ of less than a five year old. What would make a supposedly intelligent adult think a drug lord would allow ATF to trap them into picking up the guns themselves? As with all other bureaucratic agencies since 2008 the ATF kingdom has continued to grow along the southern border. Including the nine U.S. consulates in Mexico The ATF office has raked in $2 million more through the little-scrutinized Merida Initiative, which congress pandering to Hispanic vote-rammed through in a war supplemental bill. Despite warnings from the DOJ inspector general that tracking and assessment measures needed improvement. The payroll went from a few dozen to more than 200 by 2009. Under the Obama administration, ATF reaped another $21.9 million to expand Project Gunrunner (nearly half from the stimulus boondoggle), and the White House has requested almost $12 million more in fiscal year 2011 appropriations for the program. Under the Obama administration thousands of guns have fell into the drug cartel's hands. Back at the White House they continue to eliminate the 2nd amendment. The right for Americans to bear arms.. Despite the prolonged warnings from insiders and whistleblowers that unknown amount of monitored guns have been passed on to violent criminals without being intercepted as planned. Without the whistleblowers and gun rights advocates would we have known about this game at ATF is playing. It's being going on since 2005 and the media is just now talking about it. The information was first published at Clean Up ATF and the blogs of gun rights advocates David Codrea and Mike Vanderboegh. On my KFNX 1100 News Talk Radio show Hair on Fire, I interviewed Mike Vanderboegh of the Sipsy Street Irregulars along with Jeff Knox on the cover-up of the Gunrunner program that has been dubbed Gunwalker. To hear the interview go to March 19, 2011: Hair on Fire
From the SIPSY STREET IRREGULARS
THE GUNWALKER SCANDAL MADE SIMPLE:
There are five key accusations against ATF and DOJ made by ATF whistleblowers and other sources within Fed Gov:
1. That they instructed U.S. gun dealers to proceed with questionable and illegal sales of firearms to suspected gunrunners.
2. That they allowed or even assisted in those guns crossing the U.S. border into Mexico to "boost the numbers" of American civilian market firearms seized in Mexico and thereby provide the justification for more firearm restrictions on American citizens and more power and money for ATF.
3. That they intentionally kept Mexican authorities in the dark about the operation, even over objections of their own agents.
4. That weapons that the ATF let "walk" to Mexico were involved in the deaths of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry and ICE agent Jaime Zapata, as well as at least hundreds of Mexican citizens.
5. That at least since the death of Brian Terry on 14 December 2010, the Obama administration is engaged in a full-press cover-up of the facts behind what has come to be known as "The GUNWALKER SCANDAL".
