Is there an Illegal in the White House?
Congress does not have to ratify the electoral vote automatically. They could have required proof Obama was eligible. The states do not have to allow your name on the ballot. Pelosi did not have to sign the authorization for him to be eligible unless he presented proof of he was a natural born citizen.
The you have the Judicial Branch that is to make sure the Constitution is followed. Why were none of these checks and balances followed.
My theory is it goes back to 1944 when Norman Thomas said in his speech;
“The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism.At the time of Obama's election we did have a Democratic Congress and what better way to advance the socialist/progressive agenda than to ignore the eligibility clause and put a Marxist in the White House. After all the American people are viewed by the mainstream media and the elected elite as sheep. And follow they did falling for spin and glitz, false promises and Hope with for Changes without questioning what they were or Obama's agenda. They didn't listen to his words "Yes, we can change" no one bothered to ask; Change to what?
But, under the name of “liberalism”, they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.”

Let's analyze all of the below information.
1. If there is not any truth to it, why doesn't Obama have all of his records released and verified by experts?
If you have nothing to hide you will let it all hang out. "Transparency is the key." be
2. If in fact it is true why didn't the Clinton's nail him during the campaign?
With all of the skeletons in their closet, it would be easy to strike a deal. be
3. Why did Congress require John McCain show proof of being a citizen and not Obama?
To advance the socialist/progressive Democratic agenda. be
4. Why can't a passport be found in his name prior to becoming a Senator?
It was issued by another country. Or under another name. be
5. In his book he stated he traveled to Pakistan with a friend what countries passport did he us, what name?
We know it wasn't an American passport. The State Department in the time frame Obama states he went to Pakistan Americans were not allowed to travel there. be
Answers to these five question could either confirm in fact he is legitimate or oust him from a sweetheart job with many bennies thrown in.
If in fact all of the below information is true, what is the solution? Impeach Obama and remove him from office? Not likely to happen then Congress would have to admit they were derelict in upholding their oath of office to "protect and Defend the Constitution."
Declare he was elected by fraud? The chaos that would follow would be every bill he signed would be invalid, every law passed under his administration would be un-constitutional. World governments would laugh and point at out democratic voting system and o longer ask that America oversee their voting. I'm just saying...You decide.. #BE

Commander Charles Kerchner and Attorney Mario Apuzzo were the guests on the show when Smith called in. Commander Kerchner asked Smith if he had received any responses from the elected officials he sent the birth certificate. Smith sent packets to every U.S. Senator and every U.S. Congressman and Smith said he only received 3 letters, a few emails and one phone call. He most likely received the uniformed responses which were based on this garbage here.
CFP Radio Host and 25 year multi-state licensed private investigator Douglas Hagmann did an excellent job at questioning Lucas Smith about some of the details surrounding the subject. Mr. Hagmann also offered Lucas Smith his services to fully investigate Lucas Smith's claims and Smith's documents related to the case.
