Vernon Parker today blasted the ridiculous attempt by the NAACP President Ben Jealous to smear Tea Party members, labeling the entire movement of freedom-loving Americans as “racist.”

“I know a thing or two about racism. ‘Racists’ don’t endorse African- Americans like me for Congress. But that’s exactly what the Arizona 2010 Project, Tea Party, did when they endorsed me just last week. It’s shameful for elitists like Ben Jealous, who take their orders from the White House and use race to try and divide America. It is wrong, and our citizens should demand better from these so-called leaders. Tea Party activists are freedom loving Americans and attempts to disparage them miss the mark, badly” Parker said.
Parker, the immediate past Mayor of Paradise Valley, currently a small businessman and formerly a pastor, is considered a top Republican candidate to replace the retiring John Shadegg in Arizona’s Third Congressional District.
Help Vernon’s voice ring even louder . . . against NAACP attacks on the Tea Party, against President Obama’s liberal agenda and for restoring faith in America via conservative, Republican principles. Send Vernon Parker to represent Arizona and America.
