Yes, you are correct that this is the group that wants all of our email contacts so they can do an email campaign for “the most electable candidate” (the one with the most money – John McCain) for the primary and general elections.
We The People AZ (the Republican answer to the Democrat “Colorado Initiative” program they used to capture Colorado from the Republicans) is run by mainstream, old guard, good ole boy club Republicans who want to ensure the election. They know Obama has TARP money proceeds to use for Democrat campaigns, so they want the contact list to also ASK FOR DONATIONS FOR JOHN MCCAIN. Then the common voter pays for John McCain’s campaign and John McCain gets to keep all of the leftover campaign money for use elsewhere (and I mean anywhere he pleases because he is clever enough to hide its usage). Remember, this is the John McCain whose Campaign Finance law component was struck down as unconstitutional because it was not fair to his opponents.
The way the program works is to ask each person who creates a free account on the website to use the personal-sounding form email letter to invite three (3) or more of their well-known friends to the website to do the same thing. They know that after about 19 iterations, it will go viral all over the state.
They will then use their candidate research to send personal-sounding email to those contacts in favor of their “most electable candidate” (John McCain) and very negative personal-sounding email against their “most electable candidate” (John McCain). They want Tea Party people who will knock on doors and turn in results of the specific issues that that particular voter responds with enthusiasm to so they can craft the email to that person to hit their hot button that motivates them to vote for their particular candidate EVEN IF THEY WOULD NOT OTHERWISE VOTE FOR THAT CANDIDATE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT AGREE WITH THAT CANDIDATE’S PLATFORM OR PARTY. Reread this to understand what is happening here. Applied psychologists say they can get voters to vote against what they believe in by hitting their hot buttons in such a way that the voters think they are accomplishing what they want based on single issue voting in a motivated way. Does this work? Consider the last election…now those very voters are sorry they voted for Obama.They know this works from reading the book written about how the Dems did it in Colorado. This also means that they fear John McCain is in deep trouble and will need all the money and help he can get to win.
But they need 5,000 email addresses now to seed the process to get it going rapidly. They claim that they will keep all data private and safeguard the data repository. To date, they have not yet said how they will do this (we all know how clever black hackers can be), and even if they do, you do not sign a nondisclosure agreement when you submit your friends’ email addresses to them. If you have ever contributed money to a conservative candidate’s campaign and subsequently received a request from other conservative candidate’s campaigns, guess how they got your email address. THEY BOUGHT IT (or it was copied around to other databases for free – which I doubt because the email is worth the amount you contributed, at least).
NOW READ THIS VERY CAREFULLY AND DO NOT MISCONSTRUE THIS MESSAGE, PLEASE. TEA PARTIES SHOULD NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROCESS (even though some have already agreed to do this) as you will be supporting John McCain without realizing it. YOU ARE BEING SUCKED IN BY THE OLD MAINSTREAM REPUBLICAN PARTY-OWNED HACKS, against whom you are trying to oppose by grassroots organizing and promoting constitutional conservative candidates. Once you give up the email addresses that people gave you using implicit trust for confidentiality, THAT ADDRESS IS GONE; YOU CANNOT CALL IT BACK – YOU PUBLISHED IT TO THE WHOLE WORLD. And some of those people you refer to We The People AZ are going to donate money that the true conservative candidate needs, all because of your personal invitation. Now, some people say that the email technique will succeed anyway, even if you do not participate. Don’t believe the “You are going to be left out” argument. THEY WANT YOUR MONEY, BEFORE YOU CONTRIBUTE TO THEIR CONSERVATIVE OPPONENT.
The powers that be are going to do everything they can get away with to try desperately to hold onto their power positions…positions you placed them into and that you, the electorate control. YOU MUST VOTE THEM OUT. FIRE ALL OF CONGRESS AND HIRE BACK ONLY THE DESERVING ONES WHO HAVE PROVEN VOTING RECORDS WITH STERLING REPUTATIONS.
We should already be making plans to challenge any and all votes in any precinct that is suspected of impropriety in voting. We need to NOW be recruiting sharp poll watchers who won’t let anything questionable by. No longer can we assume that the li’l ole lady checking documentation by the door of the polls is doing a proper job. LaRaza has ignorant, SOMETIMES PAID, Latinos going from polling place to polling place trying to vote repeatedly as allowed by poll watchers who get bullied, shamed or show weakness because they don’t know what is going on (they’ve always “watched” the polling process for the last 20 years).
Every Tea Party member should now be in training to:
1. drive someone to the polls;
2. work at the polls;
3. campaign outside the 75 foot limit at every poll to explain issues, platforms, candidate positions to ill-informed voters;
4. work phone banks, especially the last minute phone banks;
5. conduct their own email campaign (if you don’t know the address of the email address, just put a note in the email for them to forward the email to someone they know in AZ);
6. help mail out last days voter mail;
7. hand out campaign literature at public venues and other events for which you have permission to do so;
8. post or repair candidate signs around the districts where you live;
9. contribute $10.00 per month to favorite constitutional conservative candidates;
10. revisit qualified voters in your precinct to answer questions and press for a turnout on election day;
11. recruit more Precinct Committeemen and women for appointment to the 1,000 positions still empty (should have been done before close of campaign period) while the election excitement is high;
12. recruit friends and neighbors for tea party visits;
13. call all within your circle of influence to vote (call early and then right before the election);
14. download, fill out and register your own personal 527 political action committee (PAC) and endorse and contribute to constitutional conservative candidates who are recommended by the www.AZ2010Project.com/ screening committee.
15. go to Democrat campaign functions to shadow them and catch them on camera violating Arizona Revised Statutes (do we need training on this also?)

I presented the "We The People AZ" program to LD 15 last night and the attached email from you was forwarded to me as a result of that secession. You were invited to attend our first meeting and brought into the fold as a Tea Party leader to support this quest...and make no mistake, this is a Tea Party Quest! I read what you wrote and am shocked at the conclusions you have come to. While Amc is the driving force behind this program, I have been there every step of the way and it is I that invited you and most all of the others that are now involved with this program. They are, each and every one, hand picked (including you) as conservative citizens interested in providing a data base to combat the progressive take over attempt in Arizona and our nation in total. There is not one McCain supporter in the group. Since I am one of the primary movers and shakers in this movement, surely you do not suggest that I am a McCain supporter ado you? I know A. very well and I can tell you that he is working to find an alternative to McCain...but realistically, this is only one office in the offering. You would not throw the entire program out and abandon all of the others would you if indeed John McCain won the primary? Those candidates like Janet Contreras, Jeff Smith, Chris Salvino, David Schweikert, Pamela Gorman, Trent Franks, etc. etc. etc...would you abandon them? Please be so kind as to not send this type of miss information out to any of the Tea Party people again as it is totally untrue as to our motives and whom we support. I do hope this note has convinced you of that fact. By the way, there is no way that "We The People AZ" will be up and running in time for the Primary next month so whoever wins will need WTPAZ support to beat the Democrats.
