PHOENIX (June 3) – Several of Arizona’s leading lobbying, communications and political strategists are joining forces to found a new firm, Axiom Public Affairs. The partners at Axiom Public Affairs have worked at the highest levels of local, state and federal government and politics, and offer unparalleled expertise and leadership in lobbying, communications, public affairs, media relations, campaign management and consulting, public relations, crisis management, political advising and much more.

“When our teams initially met, there was an instant sense of excitement about taking government affairs, public relations and political strategy in Arizona to the next level. I’m excited to be joining together to strengthen our depth of services to both our existing and new clients,” said Jim Norton, managing partner of Axiom and one of the state’s most influential government affairs consultants whose lobbying career spans 20 years. Jim brings with him partners Jeff Gray and Kelsey Lundy, associates Stuart Luther and Jessie Armendt, and Office Manager Denise Stecker to Axiom Public Affairs.

“The opportunity to join and help found Axiom Public Affairs was something I couldn’t pass up, offering flexibility, a campaign-style speed, the chance to partner with a team I both admire and respect, and to work with a variety of clients at the intersection of business, politics and media,” said Melissa M. DeLaney, who most recently served as campaign spokesperson for Governor Doug Ducey and also has extensive experience in Arizona’s business community.

"This is an exciting time for Arizona, and Axiom Public Affairs brings the best and the brightest change agents together to help shape Arizona's future," said Sean Noble, a longtime Arizona political strategist who is also a founding partner of grassroots and media firm DC London and president of American Encore, a free-market, non-profit advocacy organization.

“DC London has made its mark as a national political consulting, grassroots and award-winning media firm and will continue on the national scene,” said Elissa Scannell, who is also a founding partner of DC London and one of the nation’s leading female political strategists. “Axiom Public Affairs will provide an Arizona-specific focus that will better serve Arizona clients in public affairs, public relations and political strategy.”
